Hugh Jackman, the Wolverine fame joins the new project of Wayne Wang and heads to China

Hugh Jackman, better known as Wolverine is now heading to China to play a lead role or what is also called an unbilled cameo in the movie “Snow Flower and the Secret Fan“.

A movie set during the era of the early 19th century circles around two friends who are Snow Flower and Lily who actually have to struggle through various odds in both the social and cultural scenario of that time and era. The movie being directed by Wayne Wang who is an Chinese-American director still keeps the character of Jackman as a surprise tale and under covers.

Some still say that Jackman is the one being casted for the male lead role as per the storyline, still others too doubtful to answer this remained silent on this one. The publicist however keeping this veiled says that his part will be that of an unbilled cameo.

Jackman all ready to start shooting at the end of February is presently busy following the exit of the actress who was believed to be the female lead in the movie as Zhang Ziyi. Her replacement that is now speculated as a better alternative for the role is the star Li Bingbing.

With all getting replaced and re-shuffled, finally, who will remain officially a part of the movie and who won’t be clear only after everything and the trailers get officially released. Till then enjoy with what you are getting.
