Mel Gibson is now making a huge come back with his new film. Back after 2002, almost 8 years, Gibson with his new venture Edge of Darkness has challenged the supremacy Avatar has enjoyed since the past six weeks. Being the #1 movie in the history of Hollywood movies till date, Avatar now faces a threat from Gibson’s new film.
The movie based on a British TV series in which Gibson will play the character of a homicide detective trying to trace out his daughter’s murderer somehow resembles his part in the movie Ransom that hit theaters in 1996. More commonly liked as a quick-temped cop, whom he played in his four successful movies i.e. the Lethal Weapon, will he be able to actually stun the audience as the avenging father or will it just be fake challenges after all.
